Halloween nails 2022: 5 ideas for a manicure… terrifying!

Pumpkins, bats, skulls, vampires… Let’s face it, Halloween is one of the favorite holidays of the year for little ones… but also for adults. Who doesn’t like to have fun on this holiday and bring out our most ‘naughty’ version ?

But to enjoy it to the fullest, you have to prepare well for the occasion. And from Tahe we are clear: every Halloween look must start with nails according to the height of the event, right?

‘Ghost’ Halloween Nail Manicure

• After preparing the nail with the usual steps in 4Ever, we apply a layer of pastel or neutral nail polish.
• We dry in a lamp.
• With white 4Ever and the help of a precision stylus or brush, we draw the prints of two hands and the outline of a face.

Advice : To prevent the strokes from losing their shape, dry in lamps as you progress in the drawing.

• Once we have the base of the drawing, we create more layers, drying between one and the other, until the desired volume is achieved, focusing on the chin, nose and eye sockets.

• Once the lamp drawing has been made and sealed, apply two layers of white

Tip : To create a matte effect, use the Top Coat Matte .

• Start by preparing the nail with the usual steps in 4Ever semi-permanent nail polish: cuticles, file, polish and clean with Cleansing.
• Apply a thin layer of Base Coat.
• Remember to insist on the tip so that the enamel adheres well later.
• Dry in the lamp.
• Apply two thin coats of nude semi-permanent nail polish to create contrast.
• Between coats dry in the lamp and apply Top Coat .
• Dry again in the lamp and clean the nail plate with Shine Revealer.
• To create embossed effects we will use semi-permanent nail polish or another red tone to simulate the color of blood.
• For the blood effect use a fine brush. You will have more precision if you follow these three steps:
  • Create a line bordering the cuticle.
  • Then make some points. They will serve as guides to make the drops.
  • And join the points with the line that we have made creating shapes of drops.
• Go over the drawing several times before applying the product to gain more relief. Remember to dry between coats.

Optional: stain the finger with traditional nail polish, remove the excess and stamp the nail.

• Clean and give a pointed shape.
• Push back the cuticle.
• Buff the nails lightly.
• Apply a thin layer of 4Ever Base Coat.
• Dry under a lamp for 30 seconds.
• Apply a thin layer of 4Ever Top Coat without reaching the cuticle.
• Apply the desired 4Ever nail polish shade close to the cuticle.
• Drag in vertical, jagged lines.
• Intensifies some areas to give depth and realism.
• Dry in an LED lamp for 30 seconds.
• Apply a thin layer of 4Ever Top Coat.
• Dry in an LED lamp for 30 seconds.

Animal print effects

• Apply a thin layer of Base Coat.
• Dry in the lamp.
• To even out the base of the nail, apply 2 thin coats of 4Ever semi-permanent nail polish in a porcelain shade.
• Between layer and layer dry in lamp.
• A drop of 4Ever enamel in a dark tone.

Mystery Cat

• Draw a curve and fill it with black with a dark tone.
• Draw white eyes with a white tone.
• Two pink triangles for the ears with a pink hue.
• Outline the ears and pupils in black.
• Between coat and dry coat with lamp.
• Finish the iris of the eyes with green or blue tones.
• Between coat and dry coat with lamp.
• Apply a thin layer of Top Coat.
• Dry in the lamp.
