6 steps to exfoliate your skin

We know that you love to show off radiant skin, that’s why it’s important that you exfoliate it at least once a week. Follow these steps to achieve a perfect exfoliation without hurting yourself. Remember that this technique also helps fight cellulite and regulate the fat in the epidermis.

  1. Wash your skin with mild soap and warm water.
  2. Avoid using brushes or sponges, as dead skin accumulates in their holes, which can cause pores to become infected. Use exfoliating gloves or wipes and take into account that when you finish using them, you must wash them thoroughly and dry them in the open air. If you decide to exfoliate your face, do it preferably with your fingertips.
  3. Choose the product according to your skin. There are granules, cream or gel. Select the one you like the most and in case you opt for a homemade exfoliant, take care that the ingredients do not mistreat your skin.
  4. Exfoliate with slightly damp skin and with circular movements. Give a little more attention to rough and rough areas like elbows, ankles, and knees.
  5. When finished, rinse with cold water to activate blood circulation. Give small blows on the area so that the pore closes.
  6. Apply a moisturizer. Oatmeal, for example, are ideal for having soft skin, as it helps to maintain an optimal level of moisture.
